It was a busy weekend and for the breakfast there seemed to be more people than food a couple of times. The staff did constantly work at filling the empty areas. Maybe more than one person working the food area might help. (That is what it looked like to me.) The door to the outside balcony was hard to open.

I was very pleased with the room, the breakfast was good with plenty variety. We had a nice location, the price was great. I did not realize included in the price were passes to 3 watermark areas, that was an extra bonus!

My Granddaughter and I stated at this Quality Inn for a couple nights, we found the room very clean and nice. The people were very pleasant when we checked in. They're breakfast was awsume. We normally stay on the other side of the bridge, I'll be staying on this side more often! Thank You for makeing it so nice to stay in our wonderful Mackinaw City!

staff was very accommodating, room was clean and beds were comfortable. but shower curtain was way too short, barely reached top of tub, thereby letting water get onto the bathroom floor.

Only problem was we had only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no additional rolls in the room. There were 4 women in the room so we had to resort to kleenex to get us through.

excellent room, fairly new hotel, breakfast had biscuits & gravy, along with other nice choices for breakfast. Price was excellent, too. only negative was the bed moves a lot when someone gets on it. our family really enjoyed staying at this hotel (which was actually the Hamilton Inn) and would definitely use it again in the future!

I would have given it 5 stars except for the breakfast. It was a nice all you can eat breakfast but any meats and eggs were really cheap! Other than that, the hotel room was excellent and really dog friendly!

Room excellent - clean, well designed, great view and access to beach. Excellent value for the money. Brealfast was one of the best I've experienced for the cost (free). Only negative that keeps this from a 5 star is the staff at checkin was surly but efficient. Maybe the desk clerk had had a fight with his girlfriend or perhaps with his boyfriend. Overall a facility that I will use again and will highly recommend.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, the staff was nice, no elavator or hallway noise, breakfast was good, the pool area was good, and there was no additional charge for my little yorkie. The room did need up-dating as the heater was noisey and constantly kicking on and off and the shower tempature gave me a few good burst of cold water a couple of times. Over-all it was fine and I would go back.

We were very pleased with our accomodations. The room was spacious,& clean. The beds were very comfortable. The view was beautiful(too bad the weather wasn't.)The indoor pool was actually heated! Wonderful hot breakfast bar. And best of all; courteous staff.

We received an amazing rate, given the high quality of our experience, through booking via the chamber of tourism website. The room was very spacious and decorated nicely. It felt very private and secluded, despite being on the main road in town. In addition, the additional benefits included with the room (pool onsite and use of waterpark offsite and hot breakfast included) were well worth the price. My wife and I have already said that we plan to stay in the same hotel on any future visits to the area.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The down duvet was very nice as well. We also liked how we could walk right out of our room and head to the beach. We will stay there again.

We thought that the accomidations were great for the value. The rooms were kept clean and service was very good. Parking was a bit cumbersome if you got in late. Only real issue was breakfast. We were curious if the Aqua next door had an aggreement to hav etheir guests use the breakfast area as well. It became quite crowded. However, I would recommend this hotel to friends. The only thing that keeps me from rating the Quality Inn as outstanding was the fact that the walls must be fairly thin because we were able to hear room noises from next door - water running, doors closing, muffled voices. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast was very popular - SRO each morning. The view from our balcony was great!

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the lake. The drapes were very dark, which made it easy to sleep, but the room seemed a bit dreary. The staff answered our questions and were helpful. The pool was nice and not very busy. We tried out the Pirate's Adventure waterpark, but the water there was too cold to enjoy! There was a wide variety of food at breakfast and we all found something we liked. It was very good. Overall, it was a nice stay at a good price. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Very clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Location is beautiful. Only complaint I had was that the internet kept dropping and it was very hard to log on. Had to sit outside to get a strong connection. That wasn't too bad seeing it was so hot out but when it started to rain it wasn't so good. Would definitely stay here again but hope that the high speed internet service is working a bit better next time. Definitely a beautiful and affordable place for family time.

Overall a good stay. My one problem was that they only had one type of milk-2%--at the breakfast, and I wish they had skim milk. Also, there appeared to be many people at the breakfast from a different hotel that did not have breakfast as an amenity (I saw them walking over from the other hotel) and this made the breakfast room too crowded.

I was amazed. Room was clean like any other, but had the nice view to the lake. ( our room had lakefront access). Free breakfast was average. It may be best instead of offering hot bkfst, to offer common packaged goods (pop tarts, yogurt, toast, jelly)

Fair at best. Paid extra for a lake front room however the sliding door would not open so we could not go out on the porch. Reported it to the desk but nothing was done. Breakfast room was way too small for all the people staying at the hotel. One person to refill everything at the breakfast. She did was doing okay, but just couldn't handle it. Was told "sorry about that" when we left. Would not stay here again

Nice rooms! It is so nice to have not just 1 room, but 2 rooms. That makes family vacation just a little bit better, as it is tough at times to be staying in the same room with the whole family. They are nice spacious rooms and have everything that you need. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and very helpful. The free breakfast is a always a plus and what I look for; they have a good variety. I would highly recommend someone else stay here! Thanks!!

Great property! Loved the big room with extra chairs and the benches for luggage; very roomy bathroom; beds & linens were very comfortable! Enjoyed the lake and beach lounge chairs. Nice pool facility. Good breakfast. Front desk workers seemed a bit busy/stressed and could hear people on 2nd floor moving around. All in all, great place with great amenities!
