The room was clean, there were adequate linens in the room, the housekeeping staff were courteous. The desk clerks were helpful and courteous. They were quick to respond to our questions and volunteered information on the Vesper Cruise. We would definetly stay there again. Mrs. Donald O'Leary

The motel was very nice. The room was spacious and we liked the divided bathroom. A little disappointed with the beach. Expected it to be bigger from the advertisements.

The pool area was very clean and the beach area was also clean and clear for the kids to swim and actually see the bottom with the clear water. Everything was in walking distance and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was also good.

The room was clean, and it was the cost to value that I expected. The breafast could have more to it. No choice of meat, bacon or sausage would go a long way with the weary traveler.

The room was clean. The pool temperature was awesome and we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub as well. The breakfast was very good and was appreciated since we could eat before getting on the ferry in the morning without trying to find a place to eat.

The room was outstanding. The only reason the overall rating is not outstanding is because the beach needs to be reworked and there needs to be more beach seating. We stayed at the at this hotel for a week in June of 2009 and had a great time, so we came back again for a week this year and had another great week. Thanks.

The location is very good. It is close to the ferry to the Mackinac Island and other facilities. It is also right on the beach. The Lakefront rooms can see sun rise. It also has the basic facilities like swimming pool and whirlpool, internet... Best of all, the price is good. It is the same price as other lower price hotels but it is better in quality.

Our room was always clean with plenty of towels. The refrig was teriffic. Our balcony view was good. The breakfast was more than ample and always fresh. I also liked the use of the luggage carrier for taking luggage to and from the vehicle. I would (and have) recommend Ramada Inn Waterfront to anyone going to Mackinaw City.

The service was great -- all employees I came in contact with were polite & helpful. The room itself was very nice. I like that there are lakeFRONT rooms & lakeVIEW rooms -- it's great to have the option of seeing the lake from the balcony while paying less than I would for a lakefront room. The building & room even smelled better than most hotels :-) -- it smelled like carpet powder was used when vacuuming, which is a nice touch. I also stayed at Ramada in June 2009 & as long as things like this keep up, I will continue to stay there every year.

This is an excellent value for a family on a tight budget. We took advantage of the free breakfast and the passes to the waterpark at the hotel across the street on a rainy afternoon. The waterpark was perfect for younger kids. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our visit - we liked our room and the facility. The breakfast room was a little small and one evening they forgot to unlock the door to the hot tub, but these are minor things that did not detract from the overall stay. Location is very convenient and our room was a nice size.

Front desk personnel were awesome. Room was clean and very nicely furnished. View of lake was spectacular BUT not one soda vending machine in the entire hotel was in working order on any floor! We ended up walking across two parking lots to another hotel to get a can of soda. That is the only thing that was wrong, and we will come back when in the area. In fact, the gentleman that I was travelling with had visited there before and wanted to stay again.

My husband and I brought our two grandchilren ages 9 & 13 and we had a wonderful time. Our room was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, the breakfast buffet was very good and the grandkids had a good time in the pool and on the beach in front of the hotel. We had another reservation for a hotel down the street for the last 2 days of our stay there and decided that we wanted to stay at the Ramada for our whole stay there so your manager fixed it with the manager of the other hotel so that we could stay at the Ramada for our entire stay. Because of the number of days, we should have been charged for our stay at the other hotel but he called the other manager and fixed it so that didnt happen. We were very grateful to him.

Our room had a small balcony and we were able to sit out on it and watch the boats going out and coming in. Also the complimentary breakfast was a great plus. We had 2 kids and they loved being able to help themselves and it saved us a lot of money by not having to go out to a restaurant. The kids enjoyed swimming in Lake Huron and also the pool at the hotel. We also took advantage of the free admission to the water park across the street. I would definitely stay at the Ramada Inn Waterfront again.

Our stay at this Hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The view was awesome of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful. We come to the Bridge area every year and we have found the hotel that is for us. We will return again next year and this is the hotel we will be booking. Thank you for a wonderful experience

We had a total of 8 adults, 5 kids and 2 babies (total of 4 rooms). We totally loved our stay and the staff was exceptional, especially Christsandra, we had made a mistake on how many families would be arriving a day early, she helped us out and made sure we had a room for the night. All I want to say is "HATS OFF TO JOE AND THE ASST FROM JAMACIA" Made reservation thru HOTELS.com and were cancelled by them. (still dealing with that issue) Joe got on the phone with HTL.com and explained our issue and would stand down until they got us a room somewhere else in town. The staff really went to "BAT" for us and would like to thanks them again. THEY WERE THE GREATEST!!!

This review has nothing but positives. Both of the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. The room overlooking the lake was well appointed and clean. The morning breakfast, in addition to the usual toast and small donuts, also included scrambled eggs. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends as it is an excellent place to stay at a reasonable price.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From our check in to the great (free ) hot breakfast our stay was lovely. The staff went way out of their way to see to it that we had everything that we needed and treated us so nicely that we intend to stay at the Ramada Inn Waterfront again very soon. Our water front room was very nice and the view was fantasic. We will treasure this trip and our stay at this lovely hotel always. A special thanks to the staff for being so kind and helpful. Susan

Just recently was there for weekend vacation. Staff was great, real nice & friendly. We got to our room which was on the 3rd floor, walk in hotel was fresh, clean, neat, was great size. We loved it. Over all we had a great weekend, hotel was wonderful. If you want a hotel for a vacation this is the place. You couldn\'t ask for a better staff, hotel, etc. We will be back to vacation with this hotel once again.
