Hamilton Inn Select Beachfront, Mackinaw City, MI: "Just a Suggestion" stayed June 2009 from Chesaning, MI
We really enjoyed our stay. We have recommended this hotel to many people since we have been there. We let them know how close it was to the Ferries, resturants, and the wonderful breakfast buffet that was included. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet at night. We never heard our neighbors at all. My only suggestion would be that A BIG sign be put up that leads you to the hallway to the breakfast buffet. We, along with several other people, had to look and look and walk and walk throughout the whole hotel before finally finding the hallway that led to the entrance of that room when a simple sign would have helped.

Hamilton Inn Select Beachfront, Mackinaw City, MI: "Wonderful, going back again!" stayed January 2009 from Big Rapids
Due to Michigan weather our family was not able to gather during the holidays. We decided to meet in a central location for a weekend. This was a wonderful hotel, the kids loved the pool and the breakfast was outstanding. We will be going again very soon because we had so much fun.

Hamilton Inn Select Beachfront, Mackinaw City, MI: "Pleasantly surprised" stayed November 2008 from Copemish
My husband and I stayed at this hotel in November, so it was an off season. We went for our 20th Anniversary get away. I must say we were totally happy with our choice of where to stay. The employees were nice, informative and gracious. Our room was clean (as a former housekeeper, I am very picky!) and comfortable. We did have a bit of an issue with the heater (a bit loud)...but since this is a warm weather destination for the most part, its understandable there could be issues. We won't hesitate to go back if/when we get the chance. Actually I would love to go back when the weather is warm and the beach is to be enjoyed!!

Hamilton Inn Select Beachfront, Mackinaw City, MI: "New King suite is fantastic." stayed October 2008 from Harper woods
We reserved a King suite w/jacuzzi 2 days prior to our arrival October 26th with no problems. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade to a lakeview King with seperate Queen room, private balcony & jacuzzi for just $20 more. The difference was well worth the price in this non-peak time of year. The customer service, room condition, and breakfast bar were all outstanding! We will most certainly stay with Hamilton again.
