Would you stay again? Yes

We had a total of 8 adults, 5 kids and 2 babies (total of 4 rooms). We totally loved our stay and the staff was exceptional, especially Christsandra, we had made a mistake on how many families would be arriving a day early, she helped us out and made sure we had a room for the night. We are already planning next year's vacation there!! Jean Evans

Would you stay again? Yes

All I want to say is "HATS OFF TO JOE AND THE ASST FROM JAMACIA" Made reservation thru HOTELS.com and were cancelled by them. (still dealing with that issue) Joe got on the phone with HTL.com and explained our issue and would stand down until they got us a room somewhere else in town. The staff really went to "BAT" for us and would like to thanks them again. THEY WERE THE GREATEST!!!

Would you stay again? Yes

This review has nothing but positives. Both of the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. The room overlooking the lake was well appointed and clean. The morning breakfast, in addition to the usual toast and small donuts, also included scrambled eggs. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends as it is an excellent place to stay at a reasonable price.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From our check in to the great (free ) hot breakfast our stay was lovely. The staff went way out of their way to see to it that we had everything that we needed and treated us so nicely that we intend to stay at the Ramada Inn Waterfront again very soon. Our water front room was very nice and the view was fantasic. We will treasure this trip and our stay at this lovely hotel always. A special thanks to the staff for being so kind and helpful. Susan

My stay was nice and the front counter staff was great. My daughter also lost a charm in the room and they mailed it to me which i think went beyond the call.
