We had an issue with the heat and went to the front desk. The person we spoke to kept her eyes on her computer and never gave her full attention to what we were telling her. However Larry the maintenance guy was great!! Very friendly and solved the problem. We were there in very cold weather and the doors to the rooms opened to the open air.
