I think the mattresses need to be updated and the internet needs work. We could not get internet in our room, but I could if I was in the parking lot. Had most amenities you would expect - coffee maker, fridge, iron/ironing board, etc. It doesn't have a microwave. The decor was similar to what I find in the hotels on Mackinac Island.The only complaint was the draft coming through the door. We always stay at the Best Western because everything is always clean. The staff is always helpful with anything we need. The pool area is always kept clean, as well as the breakfast area. We didnt bring it to anyones attention as we were ready to get in before realizing this. We made the best of it as it was. The second issue was that the continental breakfast was a little to be desired. The pancakes and bread were chewy and the ham was cold. Dont know if that had impact on quietness, but we heard absolutely no noise, so we appreciated that. Bed was comfortable. Balcony with chairs was also appreciated. Liked the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, but has been better in the past (only hard boiled eggs now and no bacon or sausage).
