The room looked very clean except for the floor in front of the toilet. The exhaust fan in bathroom was loud.I enjoyed the layout of the main room. The bed was very comfortable. The bedding & towels were clean but the rest of the room wasnt as clean- the walls were noticeably dirty & the shower faucets didnt look very clean. That said, for the price & location, it was a good deal & we enjoyed our stay. The pool was cloudy but you can swim in the lake. The proximity to the ferry was awesome! We had pizza delivered to the room from a local pizzaria and it was so good! The room was clean and worked fine. We didn't have time for breakfast, however, the person who attended the breakfast was very gracious and allowed my daughter to get some coffee and a muffin before we left. Beach was nice. Walking distance to the Arnold ferry which was nice that we didnt have to pay for parking. Laundry was down so we had to do it at the Hamilton down the street. Wish it could be no smoking on the whole property. There was someone in the parking lot at 6:15 am and in the evening smoking marijuana and ruins the whole ambiance. I realize it is legal now but I am sure there can be restrictions placed on where families gather. Breakfast was nice , clean. Price was very good.
