The motel was very nice to let us have a early check inn so the kids could get a quick nap before we went to the water park. The park was very nice for the kids ages. Our room was clean and very nice although a little hard to find at first since we were on the 5th floor and could only take the elevator to the 3rd. Only suggestion was the long long lines for breakfast in the morning but the food was good. We would certainly stay there again but ask for a room on a lower level.These comments are from a verified stay

We plan two mini vacations in the winter at your hotel and plan on doing the same next winter. The receptionist are helpful even though I know how get from place to place. The waterpark is wonderful for my whole family. The rooms are okay but I do have one complaint with the two queens size beds. The bed that pulls down I as a safe mom doesn't like the wood that sticks out. I am talking about the bed frame to hide the bed in upright. We had bruises on our shins from the corners of the piece of wood. We tried to watch our self but still ended the weekend with bruising. Breakfast room was being renovated and we had to go to the Hamilton Suites - it was packed. That was a little disappointing. Also, I recommend bottle openers and corkscrews be in the rooms, if not, at least available at the front desk. I must admit, I have read some reviews online after I booked this room and I was quite scared as to what I'd find. I was very pleased with the room as far as cleanliness and look. I was very pleased with the staff and the manager who were extremely helpful. The breakfast was OK (your standard hotel breakfast)but they also offer great coupons to a nearby restaurant where they serve great breakfast.
