The balcony was too small for the two of us, but the view was just great! The hotel could have had another elevator for the maids to use so they wouldn't have to have guests in their way all the time. The staff was very professional and helpful. The beach could have been cleaned up a little better, alot of cigarette butts on it, and the faucet wasn't working to allow people to clean the sand off their feet so it tracked in alot of sand in the hallway. Room was clean and comfortable, view was great, loved being so close to the ferry and lake, and being able to just walk for shopping and dining. Only complaints would be that on all three late afternoons (4-5pm) there was laundry and accumulated trash from rooms in the hallways, and only one toaster oven for all guests to use for breakfast. The only issue keeping me from giving an "outstanding" rating: room was not ready any day until about 4 PM, which was difficult for my elderly mother who needed a rest after walking all over the Island, the city, etc. Thanks for asking!
