In fact when we checked out we left 2 articles behind and they called us with in a hour to notifiy us and we were able to retreve the items. I was a little disappointed by the rates if we were to stay a third night. The rate was more than the 2 previous nights. Thought that should be mentioned when checking in. Room clean, although a little dated. Beach front was nice and clean. The only part (which I know nothing can be done about it) was the fact that the balconies connected to each other. I didn't like that as who knows what is next door to you and do you leave the balcony door open? Pool area needs some attention...ceiling broken items that could easily be fixed. The only thing we weren't satisfied with was the breakfast. Very limited choices and WAY TOO CROWDED. We couldn't attend the continental breakfast because it was pouring rain.
