Instead of adding a cot for my fifth person, they upgraded me for the same price to a room with a fold out couch and a lake view. The room was clean and the hotel conveniently located. There was a lot offered for breakfast, and all of us found something to fill us up before starting our vacation days. Our room was always clean when we got back from a day of running around. The breakfast was kept stocked and the area kept clean. Our boys enjoyed the pool area and the passes to the three waterparks. The only thing I would say is that the game room needs updating. We loved that we could walk to restaurants, mini golf, and shopping. Our rate was reasonable also. They upgraded my room to a Jacuzzi suite which was nice but after sleeping in sub par hotel beds recently it was nice to find it was a tempurpedic.
