I wish I remembered her name. She was very patient even with some of the rude people in the lobby. Our room was upgraded due tot he length of time we had tp wait to be waited on but the wait was not her fault. I woudl say it was managements fault for not having more than one person at the front desk. My only complaint is with the Pirates Cove pool maintenance. I really think the pool had too much Chlorine in it. It was very cloudy and burned the eyes. I know chlorine has that negative effect.
