10 out of 10The woman behind the counter at the hotel (I wish I would've gotten her name) remembered us from last year and helped the kids feel at home. She was blonde and worked the night shift. Also the hotel is very nice and the rooms are perfect for our family of 5. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.These comments are from a verified stay

I received the exact type and location of room I asked for, even though my reservation was made only a week or so before our stay, AND it was a holiday weekend. That was impressive and helped make it an outstanding family vacation weekend. This place is perfect for families with older kids since the rooms are divided into 2 separate rooms by the bathroom/kitchenette area. Gives both parents and kids a bit of privacy. Good hot breakfast. Great location! Only complaint would be the inability to get extra towels in the evening for the next morning. As luck would have it, we were there along with a bus load of students so the breakfast buffet was overwhelmed, and into the night, is sounded like someone was practicing gymnastics in the room above us. We realized this was an anomaly as this was a very nice property overall. Plus, they informed us about the ferry service pickup and drop off and made the call to the service; very convenient. 10 out of 10Front desk was very friendly.The rooms very clean.Even though the hotel was not full because of the time we were there,they did have a group of children there and a few other people.Our room was going to be close to other filled rooms and the night manager separated everyone so it would be quiet.Our room was on the third floor and had the most beautiful view of the lake,the boats and the bridge.When we come back we will stay at the Beach and Bay.
