We came in the late morning, with an antsy 11-year-old. Michelle upgraded our room AND gave us waterpark bracelets as well as coupons for places to go for lunch. Dana, the woman who prepped our room for us, got everythign done and we were able to access the room a little early which was a great help to us. Our grandkids loved both indoor water parks - the one at our hotel and the one down the road that we had access to. The rooms were older, but nice. We had a little trouble making room to use the pull out couch - due to the large heavy coffee table. The food overall was very good. One morning, there was an issue with the sausage gravy (didn't taste right), so we informed the server. I assume she made a new batch.
