The rooms are clean and well maintained. The pool, hot tub and water slides are always clean and ready to go. The maintenance crew does an excellent job keeping the water clean. Yes, during the winter you have to go across the street to the other hotel to have breakfast but it is worth it. There is a nice variety of hot and cold food and beverages. We have stayed here several different times summer, fall and winter. Becuase of busy schedules we were only to stay for one night and were disappointed that we couldn't check in until 4 pm (although the rooms were ready by 2, much appreciated). It would have been nice to know when I booked it that the included breakfast was not at the motel but across the street (and that was like herding cattle trying to accommodate both facilities - NOT impressed). We told the front desk and they said they would send the cleaning lady. When the lady showed up are child was sleeping so we asked if she could come back, she said she would. We never heard back from the cleaning lady and the overall quality of the room was completely unacceptable.
