The rooms were clean and the breakfast was hot and delicious. Water dispensing machines and hot water during breakfast time were often empty or not working. Water dispenser in the workout room did not work and the arcade area was often locked and not accesible. The pool area was not ventilated enough which resulted in a headache from the chemical air within 1/2 hour. We chose that hotel over others for our daughter and the pool area; we were not able to utilize the pool area due to the above. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay with Comfort Suites again; perhaps looking into more the feedback from others when it relates to a featured activity provided.These comments are from a verified stay

The room was okay but seemed dated to me. The 2nd bed actually folded into the wall and a sofa was in front of it. The waterpark was nice. Kids had a great time. We didn't have any towels the 2nd day we were there. It also should have opened at 10:00 am (my kids were waiting) but it wasn't opened until 10:10? The breakfast bar, although large, was very, very busy and I assume they served other hotels in the area as there just weren't that many rooms in the hotel for that many people! I thought it was ok but my husband that it was good. The desk staff was professional & nice but I wouldn't say warm and inviting. I would recommend it but I wasn't crazy over it. This was our 6th year and it is nice to be able to eat in the same hotel as the water park. Our only disappointment was that the single person working in the kitchen area was not able to keep up with the number of people coming to eat. Admittedly, it is a short shift, but I think your customers would be more pleased if there were more employees available during the breakfast time so that there was enough food, juice, plates to serve everyone present.
