She was always professional, polite, and friendly. She always greeted us with a big smile when we walk in and she ended each visit with many thanks (when we should be thanking her). We have never felt more welcomed and appreciated by a hotel clerk! The hotel and room we stayed in was clean. The waterpark was so much fun. If there is one area of improvement to be made, the indoor pool could have been cleaner. The water was a bit cloudy with lots of visible floaties, including wads of hair. I spent the majority of my time at the Pirates of Adventure waterpark which was perfect for my two young daughters ages 6 and 8. The screen door was bent and wouldn't stay in the tract so we couldn't leave the slider open. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The water park is great for young kids and the staff is very friendly. The Covid on the go breakfast consisted of a unripened apple,granola bar and a bottle of warm water. The waterpark at the Crown Choice was open, it is phenomenal, the person running it the entire time of our stay (Hunter) was friendly, and always willing to offer help and answer questions for me.
